Vallmor Warranty Policy
At Vallmor, we believe in the quality and excellence of our products. That's why all watches and accessories purchased from our store are covered by a legal 2 year warranty, starting from the date of receipt of the order. Our mission is to make sure time is your ally, not your problem!
What is covered by the warranty:
- Manufacturing defects in the movement, dial, and internal components.
- Manufacturing defects in metal bracelets and clasps.
- Functionality issues not caused by improper use.
Important: The warranty is valid upon presentation of proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
What the warranty does not cover:
The Vallmor warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, or falls
- Theft or loss (we can’t help if your watch disappears in the middle of the night).
- Damage caused by contact with water, unless the watch is specifically labeled as water-resistant.
- Aesthetic damage such as scratches, breaks, or natural wear caused by regular use.
- Wear or damage to leather, fabric, rubber, or other non-metallic straps.
- Repairs or modifications made by third parties not authorized by Valmor.
- Normal battery wear (for quartz watches).
- Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, solvents, perfumes, or corrosive agents.
Warranty Activation Procedure:
In the event of a defect covered by the warranty, the customer should:
- Contact our customer support via email support@vallmor.com.
- Attach the purchase invoice and describe the identified issue.
- Follow the shipping instructions provided by our team.
Upon receipt of the product, a technical assessment will be made. If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will proceed with the repair or replacement at no additional cost. If the defect is not covered, a repair estimate will be provided.
